Chrystina Woody Train has more than 16 years of experience building operational teams and leading global marketing campaigns for brands like: Disney Consumer Products, Verizon, Samsung, Microsoft, and General Motors. Throughout her career she has worked with leading agencies such as Edelman, Weber Shandwick, SA Studios and Porter Novelli with a focus on client service and revenue-driving initiatives. She has taken her vast experience as an executive at the agency and global brand level and parlayed that into running Buckshot Marketing - a consultancy collective. Buckshot partners with pioneering brands like: Honest Beauty, VidCon, StyleHaul, Beautycon, Facebook/Instagram, GoldieBlox, Rock The Bells and Rebel Girls - from the ground up - across segments such as - brand, creative, operations, partnerships, integrated marketing and audience growth. Buckshot also focuses on working with partners whose ethos is aligned with our own - celebrating and uplifting Black voices, Black women and Black culture.
