Tracey Shechtman

With a background in experiential design, Tracey is an expert in developing innovative marketing tactics that connect customers to brands through experiences that create lasting memories. Whether through in-person events and tradeshows, digital engagements, partnerships with other brands, or delivering powerful content, it's all about the customer. Through her B2B focus, she also oversees advocacy programming to bolster small business growth.

During her tenure at the company, she has held a variety of leadership positions in marketing, concentrating on building customer loyalty and engagement. Prior to joining American Express, Tracey worked on the agency side creating programming for major entertainment and consumer brands, utilizing both traditional marketing channels and creative tactics.

Tracey has a B.S. from Dartmouth and currently lives in New York City.
