Erica Rubach

Erica Rubach is a Co-Founder of EMME Solutions, a marketing consulting and branded content firm, and a 2020 MadCon Top 100 Marketer of the Year recipient. She has over 25 years of experience in the media industry with an exclusive focus on developing campaigns and programming that support cause related initiatives. With both corporate and entrepreneurial experience, she held senior leadership positions at NBC Universal and founded 3 small businesses.

Her work has always been driven by her passion for helping others, including development of multi-media campaigns to combat child hunger, public educator recognition and school supply drives, adoption for kids with special needs, military veterans issues, and providing free legal services for abused and neglected children, among many others. She specializes in connecting non-profit organizations with corporate sponsors to provide campaign funding & support, establishing media partnerships and producing award-winning creative campaigns.
