Heather Young

Heather is Project Director for Credos, the UK advertising industry’s think tank, where she manages the research and production of large scale reports on key industry themes. Before joining Credos, Heather worked as a brand strategy consultant driving change for brands and uncovering insights on a whole range of topics, including how European mothers want to be represented in advertising, when and how UK consumers eat custard, and what constitutes the perfect party across the globe.
