Sophia Haynes

Sophia began her career in digital at agencies Proximity London and Dare working on Sainsbury’s, Barclays and ITV.

At the IAB, Sophia led the Marketing and Membership teams, more recently moving to a specialist project role where she delivered the IAB's Direct to Consumer study - Born Online.

Sophia is passionate about brands, diversity and social purpose. She has mentored on the NABS Fast Forward training programme and has completed training in "Dare to Lead" - a courage-building program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.
