Doug Melville

As CDO, Melville has lead TBWA efforts in spending > $150 with Multicultural and Women Owned Businesses in the creative space - ranging from production companies, casting, photography, digital and visual effects, among other areas. He's increased diversity across the board, lead a cultural commitment to inclusion and become a voice for Madison Avenue.

In 2015, he co-created the Disruptor Series, a platform that gives a forum to disruptive thinkers across genres to reach the Madison Avenue community. Over 30 "disruptors" have stopped by to share their stories, including Snoop Dogg, Maria Shriver, Al Roker and Wendy Williams.

Prior to joining TBWA, Melville was founder and CEO of RedCarpets.com. An e commerce site created to democratize the red carpet experience.

Melville worked alongside Earvin “Magic” Johnson from 2005 until 2009, as both President of his Agency, and VP -Business Development/Marketing for Magic Johnson Enterprises, where he led efforts for his New York Times best-selling book and his portfolio of partners.

Melville started his career as an assistant tour manager on the Britney Spears “…hit me one more time” tour, and worked alongside Quincy Jones as his final intern at Quest Records.
