Takenori Sato

As a graduate of Civil Aviation College of then Transport Ministry of Japan in 1998, given that human error was a major cause of many aircraft accidents in 1990’s, he thought that fully automated operations of aircrafts would be eventually realistic, which should be a matter of time only, and became interested in database and brain science.
He worked at startups in Silicon Valley to engage in research of next-generation car navigation and industrial equipment and development of data analysis platforms for financial analysts. He joined Cloudian in 2012 and currently leads research and development of deep-learning based technology.
