She is responsible for developing and implementing the editorial strategy for news.com.au and leading a digital newsroom that drives and shapes the national news agenda, connecting with Australian audiences in an engaging and credible way.
Ms de Brito is a highly experienced editor with over 20-years in media working across digital, newspapers and magazines, in both Australia and New York. Prior to commencing her role as editor-in-chief of news.com.au in January 2017 she was editor-in-chief of mamamia.com.au. Ms de Brito was previously with News Corp Australia for over 10 years during which time she was head of digital for News Corp Australia’s editorial network; and news editor for news.com.au.
