Kaylie Smith is the Director of Small and Medium Business for Australia and New Zealand at Facebook, where she works to help grow businesses on the Facebook platform. Previously Kaylie spent 20 years in Advertising Technology in various leadership and product roles, most recently at The Rubicon Project where she was Head of Seller Cloud – leading all Business & Product initiatives globally - and as Managing Director for JAPAC. She also worked at both Google and DoubleClick as the APAC Managing Director working with both Agencies & Publishers delivering Enterprise grade advertising solutions. She has worked and lived in New York, LA, San Francisco and Sydney and is now thrilled to be living in Singapore with her husband and 3 children.
