The riders have been chosen. The field of conflict is prepared. Now let the battle commence!
Advertising Week Europe 2016 kicks off with an adrenalin-fuelled bang this year as the AdLand Cycling Championship returns to the home of champions, the Lea Valley Olympic VeloPark, 5 p.m. Friday evening, 15th April.
Over 30 industry legends, top athletes from the UK media and advertising industry, have been selected to compete in #AdLandCycling16. They’ll be following in the footsteps of Chris Hoy and his Team GB compatriots, who set the 2012 Olympic Games alight at Lea Valley.
It’s AdLand’s most competitive stand-off. Metro’s Grant Woodthorpe – the reigning champion – is back to defend his crown. He’ll be up against challengers from top UK media businesses, including Yahoo, Havas, The Guardian and Mindshare.
You can be there too, in the heart of the action, at our unique spectator zone, right in the middle of the velodrome. Tickets are £12, which gets you food, a couple of drinks and a sporting memory you’ll be telling the grandkids about. Even better: all proceeds go to support the great work of the Media Trust.

The date: Friday 15th April
