Julius Erving III

Julius Erving III, better known as J Erving is the founder of Human Re Sources, one of the most influential independent music distributions companies in the world. Erving and Human Re Sources were a driving factor behind the start of the careers of Brent Faiyaz, Pink Sweat$ and RAYE driving culture at the intersection of music, media, sports and technology.


Prior to founding Human Re Sources in 2016, Erving rose to music industry prominence as co-founder of Erving Wonder Management and co-president of The Atom Factory alongside Troy Carter representing the wildly successful Miguel, Tyga, John Legend, Lady Gaga, Charlie Puth, Meghan Trainor and John Mayor.


In addition to his work with Human Re Sources, Erving is also a serial business inventor and passionate art collector, husband and father.
