Jim Shepherd joined Snap Inc., the parent company of Snapchat, in April 2015, and currently is the Head of Talent Partnerships. In this role, he leads relationships with celebrity users and digital creators across the globe. In addition, Jim and his team seek to find opportunities for talent across Snap’s content ecosystem.
Prior to joining Snap, Jim worked in the talent departments at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and William Morris Endeavor (WME).
Jim is a graduate of Wesleyan University and resides in Los Angeles.
