Michelle Tang

Michelle brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in driving impact and growth for leading agencies. She joined McCann in March 2022 as Chief Growth Officer for McCann North America. Since joining, she’s helped lay a new foundation for growth winning significant new clients like Prudential and Smirnoff. In April 2023, she was promoted to Global Chief Growth Officer of McCann. In addition, Michelle is a frequent speaker on DE&I and an outspoken advocate of the AAPI community. She is a board member of Ascend Leadership, the largest Pan-Asian professional development organization in the United States.
