In 2012, Graham relocated to New York to become chief of staff to former Y&R CEO David Sable. In this role, he drove the vision of the CEO office across all global markets, working to enable the corporate strategy. He led iconic brands to embrace customer-centric product design powered by emerging technologies leading to many firsts, including AI-driven skin care for Olay and the world’s first connected toothbrush for Oral-B.
In 2018, he returned to VMLY&R’s advisory division to support teams and clients on the ever-changing priorities of today’s CMO before a stint in experience strategy. Today, Graham is executive director, business lead, for some of our largest multidisciplinary teams. He led the multi-award-winning New York City mayor’s office NYC Says Gay campaign and the Human Rights Campaign relationship for WPP.
