Lenore Moritz

Lenore Moritz is founder of momentum, providing executive + business coaching and mindfulness training. She is certified as a professional coach and as a meditation + mindfulness teacher; a member of the International Coaching Federation; trained in Restorative Yoga and Reiki. She had an extensive career as a communications executive at top global entertainment companies including NBCUniversal, Viacom, UTA (United Talent Agency), and Time Inc. She founded Mom Culture, which gave parents their culture fix through accessible live arts+entertainment events. Lenore has two teen boys and is a Vanderbilt University alum living in NYC.
