As Senior Director, PepsiCo Foundation, Charlene leads The PepsiCo Foundation’s philanthropic efforts across North America. Charlene was the architect of the Foundation’s Racial Equality Journey platform and the programs within it which focus on creating economic opportunity for Black and Hispanic Americans.
Charlene has been with PepsiCo for twenty-two years. Before her appointment to The PepsiCo Foundation team in 2013, she held several roles in PepsiCo’s beverage division leading the launch of new product innovations in areas including R&D, Supply Chain Operations and Marketing.
Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
