Jemma Gould is VP, Sustainability & Communications at IPG, a world leader in advertising and marketing services. She manages environmental, social and governance (ESG) programs for IPG.
Jemma began her career in marketing with Young & Rubicam. Before Y&R, she managed public affairs for the Business Committee for the Arts, founded by David Rockefeller to encourage business support of the arts.
Under Jemma’s leadership, IPG has received ESG recognitions including two years on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index North America, the S&P 500 ESG and the S&P Global 1200 ESG and the FTSE4Good Index. IPG was also named in 2022 to Newsweek’s list of “America’s Most Responsible Companies” and the Forbes list of “America’s Best Employers.”
Jemma holds a BA in Sociology from Binghamton University and a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Management from Boston College. She’s on the Advisory Board of ACT Responsible, and the 4As Sustainability Task Force.
