Joining the agency in 2012, Kaylen has a proven track record in modern brand building, leading effective and breakthrough communications that grow a client's business. Kaylen has worked across a number of industry verticals within the agency, leading digital-first strategy and integrated services for iconic brands such as The Oprah Winfrey Network, Unilever and Campbell's, and in 2020 led the agency team at VaynerMedia that produced the first-ever Super Bowl commercial for Sabra Hummus. Most recently, Kaylen was recognized by Business Insider as one of their "Top 50 Rising Stars of Madison Avenue Who Are Revolutionizing Advertising in 2021.”Prior to joining Vayner, Kaylen worked in public relations at Affect, a boutique PR and social media firm in Manhattan specializing in technology, healthcare and professional services.
