Francine Li serves as VP of Brand Management and Marketing for Riot Games, overseeing global games marketing, where she is responsible for driving long-term player engagement, brand and user growth. In this role, Francine focuses on bringing never-before-seen experiences to players worldwide.
A seasoned marketer who has worked with Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo, Francine previously led brand strategy and creative development for Netflix, launching award-winning creative campaigns that celebrate diverse storytelling. She also developed Netflix Originals launch campaigns for House of Cards, Black Mirror and Godless. Before going brand-side, Francine worked at Wieden + Kennedy, BBDO and TBWA. Her work has been recognized by every major awards show including Cannes Lions, Emmys, Effies, One Show and Clios.
Outside of work, Francine supports causes focused on equity, social justice and representation. When she’s not working, Francine spends time with her family at home in LA.
