As the Global Executive Creative Director at FleishmanHillard, he's tasked with building and leading award winning creative and storytelling capabilities for some of the biggest brands in the world.
Jacob also serves on FleishmanHillard's Global Creative and DE&I Leadership teams. He plays an important role in shaping the future of creative and DE&I for the agency worldwide. As a life-long DE&I champion, Jacob has spearheaded many DE&I initiatives throughout multiple countries at FH and Omnicom. In 2018, he took on the role as Chair of Omnicom Open Pride NY ERG to build and connect LGBTQ+ community members and allies across the network of Omnicom agencies in NYC.
