Alicia Parker

Alicia Parker is Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director at Tishman Speyer. She oversees marketing and communications for the global real estate company and its diverse portfolio of businesses including the iconic Rockefeller Center, Tishman Speyer Ventures and Studio by Tishman Speyer – the company’s premium flexible workspaces. Alicia is a member of Tishman’s ESG committee and is tasked with solidifying Tishman Speyer as the premier hospitality platform in the world.

Prior to Tishman Speyer, Alicia was Vice President of Brand and Consumer Marketing at Casper—the direct to consumer ecommerce company selling innovative sleep products; she was Director of Sales and Marketing for The Peninsula Hotels overseeing the sales, marketing, digital, and communications teams working to uplevel the luxury hotel experience by fusing art, wellness, fashion, music, and culinary activities with world-class hospitality. Prior to that, Alicia spent five years at Ralph Lauren where she rose to became Senior Director for Marketing.

Additionally, Alicia has worked on the agency side advising global brands including Samsung, Sony, MTV Games, and Mastercard across marketing, sales, communications, ecommerce, loyalty, and experience.  



Alicia holds a BS in Business from Babson College. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership and has served as an advisor to start-ups ranging from fintech to consumer package goods companies.
