Michele Allan

Michele Allen is CFO of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company with approximately 9,000
hotels across 23 brands in 95+ countries.
A seasoned hospitality industry veteran with 20+ years of experience, she became CFO in 2019, after serving as EVP and treasurer, where
she oversaw capital markets activity, global cash management, risk management and business intelligence.
Before her role as treasurer, Michele served 5 years as SVP of Finance for Wyndham Worldwide, where she played a critical role helping spin
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts into a pure-play hotel company in 2018.
She is an advocate for women and girls’ education in third-world countries through her work with BlinkNow Foundation and New Light, and serves as co-chair of Empower, Wyndham’s associate business group dedicated to supporting the growth and advancement of women in the workplace.
Michele lives in Mendham with her husband, teenage son & daughter and their beloved Whoodles.
