Johane J. Domersant is Global Director, Talent Supply and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Global Human Resources, a position she has held since 2021. She is responsible for leading the development of best-in-class talent acquisition, onboarding, and diversity, equity and inclusion strategies. These strategies reflect the company’s core values through strong partnership with stakeholders across the enterprise to maximize the impact of a globally diverse and inclusive workforce.
Johane joined John Deere in January 2021. Prior to Deere, she worked in several leadership positions within the Global Labor and employment team at Ryder System, Inc., in Miami Florida. Her nine-year tenure at Ryder included the role of Senior Director & Assistant General Counsel. Prior to Ryder, she was an Employment Litigation Attorney at Faegre Baker Daniels, LLP, a law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. Johane holds her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
