Zachary Roberts leads Media & Innovation for Colgate Palmolive’s North America Personal Care business, including brands such as Irish Spring and Softsoap. Zach joined Colgate in 2015 and has held roles across brand marketing, with experience in brand management, media & advertising, and new product development.
In the past year, Zach has led a relaunch of Irish Spring’s brand positioning & advertising strategy, debuting the new positioning of “Smell from a Nice Smelling Place” during the 2022 Super Bowl. Irish Spring’s first-ever Super Bowl ad garnered multiple “best of Super Bowl” awards from top media outlets including Rolling Stone & Fast Company. Zach has driven experimentation in Colgate’s approach to media, focusing on new media channels such as TikTok and Twitch, to reach a younger audience for Colgate’s Personal Care brands.
Zach has an MBA (with distinction) from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
