Thomas Drew is the Co-founder of President of 1AND1 (www.1and1life.com), a mental health and wellness company that helps consumers Become 1% Better Each Day through media/content, technology, and experiences. Drew was inspired to disrupt the wellness landscape due to a lack of BIPOC representation, and an inability to find expert-driven resources that covered certain topics, like men's mental health. Since 2019, 1AND1 has partnered with companies like Mindbody and Talkspace, launched a highly-rated mental health podcast with over 100K downloads, created over 1,000 pieces of expert-driven newsletter, editorial and product review content that is accessible and free, and sold out numerous pop-up wellness events in New York City. Before 1AND1, Drew ran a division at a marketing agency in NYC where his client list included Samsung/Verizon, The US Army, The St. James and more. While there, Drew led an influencer strategy that sold out a Samsung product in 24 hours upon release.
