Michelle Froah

In leading the stewardship of MetLife’s brand, Michelle identifies insights and strategies to better anticipate and deliver on customer needs and market opportunities while measuring impact through analytics. Michelle joined MetLife from Samsung, where she led the digital transformation strategy to move the company to a consumer-centric lifecycle. She was instrumental in Samsung’s marketing and brand re-building efforts in the aftermath of the Note7 recall, helping to re-establish trust with consumers. Prior to this, Michelle had international senior roles that built brands, innovation and commercial programs from end to end with Kimberly-Clark and Procter & Gamble. Michelle contributes to the industry as Ad Council Board of Director, Co-Chair of The Marketing Society New York board, ANA CMO Growth Council, Brand Innovators Advisory Board and Chairman of Brandable Pte. Ltd. She holds an MBA from the Tippe Business School at the University of Iowa.
