Renee Miller

Renée Miller is the Chief Diversity Officer at Code and Theory. A specialist in data-driven audience strategies that drive both action and dinner table conversation, Renée was responsible for developing the agency's Inclusive Design & Marketing practice—which has been deployed for clients like Washington Football Team and Johnson & Johnson— as well as the agency's internal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy and policies. With a cause marketing background working primarily on climate action and ending gun violence, before joining Code and Theory she led strategy for The People’s Climate Movement driving the largest climate action turnout in history. She’s also developed digital campaign strategy for the United Nations, IKEA Foundation, Color of Change etc and developed the content strategy for Facebook’s global launch of their Recommendations tool.
