Fiona Benmayor

Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Fiona moved to the U.S. at 15. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, PA. During her time in college, she was involved in a community led fashion group focused on showcasing the diversity of individuals across the campus.

Upon finishing her studies, she moved to New York City and started working at WPP. During her time, she helped develop the digital and social media strategy for Anheuser Busch, Nestlé, BlackRock and led a Google funded, inter-agency project for the United Nations - which won the United Nations Foundation Global Leadership Award on behalf of WPP.

Since joining PepsiCo, she has been focusing on driving media partnerships and innovation across PepsiCo by identifying emerging trends, grounded in PepsiCo’s business priorities, to drive improved consumer experiences. Working closely with the PepsiCo venture capital group, she identifies and partners with scalable startup technologies to future proof PEP business while positively impacting the startup community.
