Latha Sarathy

Latha Sarathy is a multifaceted researcher with over 25 years in media/market research. Her experience spans digital, social, television and print media platforms and measurement methodologies. She also brings to the table a deep knowledge of multicultural audiences.

She currently EVP of Analytics, Insights & Measurement. SeeHer, is a division of the Association of National Advertisers, whose mission is to ensure the accurate portrayal of women and girls in marketing, advertising, media and entertainment.

Prior to joining SeeHer, Latha was the SVP, Insights & Strategy Activation at Ipsos North America, where she oversaw a multi-million dollar portfolio consisting of several large, global consumer insights projects for blue chip media and technology companies. She has also built highly effective, data driven research teams at leading media properties including Telemundo Enterprises, Interactive One, CBS, Univision, Disney Publications and Wenner Media.

She has presented several thought leadership studies that have been instrumental in influencing and guiding business strategy.
