Ashley Allison

Ashley Allison, a former Obama-Biden Administration and Biden-Harris campaign senior advisor with more than 15 years of experience building campaigns and strategies that lead to victory. She served as the Executive Vice President at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. Ashley was the deputy director and senior policy advisor for the Obama White House from 2014 to 2017. She honed her crisis management skills while leading the White House efforts on criminal justice and policing reform. Ashley joined the Obama campaign in the most contested battleground state of Ohio and successfully ran African American outreach for the Obama 2012 reelection. She began her career as a high school special education teacher in Brooklyn, New York and earned her master’s in education and her law degree.
