Thomas Hesse

Thomas Hesse is an experienced leader with over 20 years in music, entertainment, digital business building, and venture capital. He has worked as CEO and senior executive in large and small organizations.

Thomas is currently the Founder and CEO of Dreamstage Inc., a new paid streaming destination for live performances. Dreamstage has run over 100 successful live stream events, including with Polo G, Chief Keef, Riley Green, Yo-Yo Ma, Train, Mastodon and many other artists and is operating the most robust and elegant platform in the business. In April 2021, Access Industries owned Deezer invested as an anchor investor in the company.

He is also the Founder and CEO of Consonance Investments, LLC, managing an angel/seed investment portfolio, including a number of startups with successful exits, e.g. frame.io (acquired by Adobe), Arbor (acquired by LiveRamp), reelio (acquired by FullScreen), Shaper Origin (acquired by TTS), Musixmatch (the world’s largest music lyrics service).
