Kari Shimmel serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Campbell Ewald and its new experience consulting practice, CE/CX. With over 18 years of experience as a designer, creative director, and strategic planner, she has pioneered a unique methodology of consumer experience journey mapping that applies deep layers of context to addressable audiences. Kari has brought experience insights to clients in a wide variety of industries, including Financial Services (Mutual of Omaha, USAA, Lending Tree), automotive/transportation (OnStar, Harley-Davidson, Cadillac), and retail (ASICS, Dole, Munchkin).
