Shelby Bier

Shelby Bier is the data and research lead for UTA Marketing, where she helps brands craft their entertainment marketing strategies. Using a blend of analytics, consumer research, and market intelligence, she works closely with corporate clients across industries to evaluate cultural opportunities, talent partnerships, and measure success.

Bier also develops thought-leadership studies on the entertainment landscape which have been featured in publications such as Variety, AdWeek and The Los Angeles Times.

Prior to her role at UTA, Bier was a senior research analyst at BuzzFeed, where she consulted on brand, content, and product strategy. While at BuzzFeed, she led multiple thought-leadership studies, including one on influencer marketing that brought in revenue for BuzzFeed talent.
