Jay Prasad

Jay Prasad is currently the chief strategy officer for LiveRamp TV, where he focuses on the holistic product & go-to-market strategy for all of the LiveRamp TV offerings in the U.S., along with international growth, and evaluating partnership and M&A opportunities.

Previously, Jay was the chief business and strategy officer for VideoAmp. Jay’s leadership was instrumental in VideoAmp’s development of new products around TV and video unification, and he is a co-inventor on several of VideoAmp's patents.

Prior to joining VideoAmp, Jay served as VP of global business development at TubeMogul (acquired by Adobe), where he led the company’s launch of Programmatic TV, data and supply partnerships, as well as its international partnership teams. He also has held leadership roles with Yahoo! In video and Connected TV and Ernst & Young.

Jay is on the Video Board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and also serves on its government affairs and advanced TV committee.
