Risa Andersen joined PepsiCo 8 years ago and throughout that time has worked in brand marketing, innovation, shopper marketing, media & data. Today, she leads Consumer Data Strategy, leading investments in data and technology to drive an audience-first approach to the way PepsiCo finds and communicates with consumers in a personalized way. She also leads Retailer Media Strategy, elevating the media investments PepsiCo makes throughout a shoppers path to purchase to drive conversion. Her full team is focused on developing new internal capabilities to deliver data-driven, people-based-marketing across PepsiCo’s portfolio.
