In her role Shoba leads our  Digital Media partnerships – working closely with the likes of Google, Facebook as well as emerging partners and media agencies – to maximize the value we get while strengthening the strategic relationships. She also collaborates with PepsiCo’s media leads at Beverages, Frito Lay, Gatorade, Nutrition brands and our agencies on advanced TV POV - our largest media-channel investment still - taking advantage of new technologies, data and potential partnerships.

In recent months, Shoba has focused on building digital solutions for our global markets like the building of search strategy for LatAm, advanced targeting programmatic solutions with Google for WESA and exploring new joint business partnership opportunities with vendors like Pinterest & Spotify to help reach untapped audiences with the rigor of ROI/ sales measurement.

Shoba loves to travel exploring new cultures, arts, fashion and the Chicago theater scene.
