Heitor Torres

Heitor Torres, Marketing Intelligence Manager, joined LATAM in 2013, as part of the team that helped consolidate the merger of two major Latin American airlines (LAN and TAM Airlines). Since then, he has worked in different areas including Finance, Sales and Intelligence, leading transformational projects that have changed the whole organization.

In 2017, Heitor joined the Marketing Intelligence Team and his work has been focused on customer segmentation, competitiveness and predicting models for customer experience initiatives.
