In her role, Chelsea leads Bumble’s global marketing strategies and initiatives, focusing on international campaigns, brand marketing, experiential marketing, and integrated partnerships. Her growing team works cross functionally to test, develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for the brand across the globe. She helped the company launch its newest vertical, Bumble Bizz.

Chelsea has spent her career helping technology-based B2C and B2B businesses grow. She’s passionate about driving exponential yet sustainable, high-quality growth, and believes marketing is a vehicle to build impactful relationships with customers, create digital and physical communities, and ultimately solve societal problems. Chelsea has a passion for women’s equality and supporting women-led businesses, both personally and professionally.
