Rachel Terrace

Rachel is a brand-builder with a 20+ year track record of defining and implementing strategic vision to drive brand growth and revenue. As the founding CMO of TIME’S UP, Rachel leads brand, partnership and merchandise activities. Previously, Rachel was the Senior Vice President, Brand Management at Beanstalk, an Omnicom agency focused on brand extension and licensing for premier brands and talent. At Beanstalk, Rachel oversaw brand extension strategies and programs for clients such as Diageo and HGTV and led the agency's North American brand management team of 25 in three cities. Before Beanstalk, Rachel worked in various marketing roles at American Express, Unilever and Jupiter Research. She holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Rachel lives in New York City and is mom to an always-dancing son.
