Deepen Parikh

Deepen is currently a Partner at Interplay Ventures, an early stage tech co-foundry and investor. He also co-founded NYVC Sports (part of the New York Venture Community) with the mission of bridging the gap between sports leagues, teams, investors, entrepreneurs, and media companies. In addition, he is a Founding Member of NextGen Angels NYC, the New York extension of a group focused on bringing together like-minded investors under the age of 40, to fund early-stage ventures. Prior to joining Interplay, Deepen briefly ran marketing for a venture backed mobile sports gaming company. He also spent time conducting due diligence for a family office on the potential acquisition of a professional sports franchise. His experience in the sports industry first began when he co-founded a social sports platform called
Fanmor. Previously, Deepen was an Associate at UBS and earned his BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
