Molly Schultz is an award-winning digital leader. Molly has over 15 years of experience, focusing on transforming client businesses across serval different industries. Her work in digital creative, media, and experience mapping has helped clients achieve their business ambitions.

Molly’s work has received industry recognition. Her work has been featured in publications including AdWeek, AdAge and Variety. In addition, she has sat on several committees, advisory councils, and publisher councils to help improve the consumer’s digital experiences. Molly’s breadth of experience gives her unique insights into developing digital media that provides clients a real competitive advantage.

Molly began her career at UMSF, working on Microsoft. She returned to UM two years go, this time at the NY HQ, to lead digital strategy for BMW Group. In between her tenures at UM, she led teams & agencies at CBS Interactive, Legendary Entertainment, and Shaun White Enterprises.
