Len Van Popering

Len most recently served as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer with Applause Innovation Group, LLC, through which he consulted with senior leaders on ways to accelerate growth through brand, product, and service innovation. His experience spans multiple industries, including food service, packaged goods, hospitality, sporting goods, and apparel.

In previous roles, Len has served as Chief Marketing Officer for steakhouse chain Logan’s Roadhouse, as SVP of Marketing and Innovation for Arby’s Restaurant Group, and as Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development for Russell Corporation, home of sporting goods brands Russell Athletic, Brooks, and Spalding. While at Russell, he led both acquisition integrations as well as the company’s first new business incubator. Len has also served as an Affiliate Consultant with Sparks Grove, The Experience Design Division of North Highland.

Len holds a MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an H. Lichtin Fellow.
