Jake started working on OpenMessage after taking note of the utter lack of creativity and interconnectivity in brand-to-human text messaging. He asked the fundamental question: why are all B2C text messages gray bubbles with black font, and why can't one business conversation link to another?
With a background in UI/UX engineering, neuroscience and marketing, he saw massive potential in bridging the divide between media, language and user experiences. OpenMessage's goal is to make DTC text messaging as powerful and engaging as websites and apps. With a number of incredible brands and publishers at their side, they're in the process of doing just that.
