Susie Nam

Susie has lived in three countries and had three completely different professions, but she considers Minneapolis home and advertising her career. Susie began at George magazine following the 1996 campaign trail, continued to The New York Times as a Feature Editor, and made the switch to advertising with a move to Deutsch NY. After taking time to get her Maste's in Urban Planning, she reestablished her ad-career at Fallon before heading to Droga5.

Susie joined Droga5 in 2009 as Group Account Director, and was quickly promoted to Head of Account Management after six months. In 2013, Susie was appointed to General Manager and most recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In addition to continuing to help grow the agency’s client roster while maintaining employee diversity, Susie has created the Women’s Leadership Initiative. The initiative aims to recruit, retain and cultivate women as senior leaders in the agency as well as the advertising industry.
