Cindy Davis

Cindy Davis is Executive Vice President, Consumer Experience, Disney|ABC Television.

Her charter is to deepen understanding of and viewership among the +150 million consumers that watch ABC Entertainment, News, Freeform and Disney Channels every week. She is charged with enhancing consumer insights and analytics capabilities across Disney/ABC Television Group to support business strategies.

Prior to joining Disney|ABC, Ms. Davis served as Executive Vice President, Global Customer Insights & Analytics for Walmart, a position she was tapped for in 2011. In this role, she established a Center of Excellence for customer insights & analytics across Walmart that leveraged sales data, customer research, digital/social intelligence, and analytics to predict customer needs.
