Rachael Johnson

Rachael Johnson is Vice President of the Digital Center of Excellence for Moet Hennessy USA, leading a team driving Consumer Engagement, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Innovation strategy across the full MH portfolio of wine & spirits brands. Prior to joining MHUSA, Rachael was with L’Oreal for 10 years, most recently as Vice President of Digital Strategy, eCommerce & Media for the L’Oreal Luxury portfolio, and previously as Assistant Vice President of Digital, CRM & eRetail for L’Oreal Paris. Rachael has also held various positions at American Express and Bertlesmann Direct. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing, both from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and has completed Executive Education programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Harvard Kennedy School of Public Policy.
