Miheer Walavalkar

Miheer is the co-founder and chief business officer of LiveLike, responsible for leading global business development and fundraising efforts. Miheer has played a key role in helping the company secure partnerships with top federations and networks to broadcast major sporting events. Upon graduating from TechStars in 2015, the company won TechCrunch’s prestigious “1st and Future” start-up completion.

Miheer brings a strong background in sports business and technology to the LiveLike team. Prior to his role at LiveLike, he served as chief business officer then later CEO, of YouFoot, a UK-based tech startup that worked with soccer federations and teams around the world. Before this, he co-founded Zaya (formerly TeachAClass), an education technology company for students in low-income schools. The company received multiple awards including NASSCOM’s Social Innovation Honor and the Global Education Challenge, and Miheer was subsequently recognized as one of CNBC’s India ‘Young Entrepreneurs.’

He also held several analyst roles at RBC Capital Markets where he was responsible for hedging strategies for the proprietary trading group’s $30 billion portfolio.

He graduated with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
