Mark is a senior consumer insight specialist with over a decade of global experience within media, entertainment and technology. He is experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, as well as digital and social analytics. His experience covers both B2C and B2B sectors and he has spent time on the client and the agency side.

He has pioneered new approaches to communicating insight which make it compelling for internal audiences, as well as external stakeholders like brand partners and media agencies. He is also a trained innovation workshop facilitator and is experienced at helping teams to turn insights into new product and marketing ideas.
