Carl Johnson

Carl is responsible for the guardianship and evolution of Anomaly's proposition in an ever-changing, sometimes turbulent, increasingly complex industry, ensuring that Anomaly remains compelling and stimulating as the agency continues to scale internationally with blue chip global clients.

He has also spent seven years on the board of Effie Worldwide, with four years as Chairman, helping champion the practice and practitioners of effective marketing.

Formerly, Carl was the COO of TBWAWorldwide in New York following the acquisition of his first agency start up by Omnicom after 9 successful years of creativity and growth in London.
