David Forbes

David is the creator of the MindSight®, a suite of neuropsychological methods for understanding consumer emotion and motivation. MindSight® won him an ARFGreat Mind award, and the Brand Innovator Award at the 2012 World Brand Congress. This remarkable tool is now in use around the world. David’s book, “The Science of Why,” describes his work on emotional motivation in depth. David holds a Ph.D. in clinical and cognitive psychology from Clark University, and was a member of the faculties of Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry and the Harvard Laboratory. He founded Forbes Consulting 20 years ago; the company is now Isobar Marketing Intelligence.
